With over five years of experience and backgrounds in Fine Arts, Photography, Video, Communication and Marketing, we seamlessly blend artistic expression with technical expertise to create stunning, heartfelt imagery. Since forming our team in 2023, we have maintained a unified style and a strong commitment to excellence, ensuring that every client receives high quality of photos or videos.

We use industry-leading professional camera systems and meticulously refine each detail during post-production. Our signature aesthetic—warm, natural tones with rich, cinematic textures—brings authenticity and deep emotion to every frame.

Hi, I’m Robin! Originally from Los Angeles, I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Communication. After starting my career as a photojournalist, I was deeply inspired when a friend invited me to photograph a wedding. Captivated by the emotion and beauty of that experience, I co-founded Ian Kim Studio with Ian and have been devoted to capturing love stories ever since.

My goal is to create as many unforgettable memories as possible—turning meaningful moments into timeless photographs. Now based in New York, I strive to document the most important chapters of your life, and in the future, I hope to bring that same vision to your loved ones as well.

I founded IAN KIM STUDIO with the incredibly talented photographer Robin, driven by our shared love for storytelling through beautiful, honest imagery. Together, we’re committed to documenting each couple’s journey with artistry, intention, and heart.

My goal is to craft videos that feel like personal movies—intimate, cinematic, and uniquely yours—set against the timeless romance of New York City. Let’s create something unforgettable together.

I fell in love with the romantic essence of photography after studying marketing here in New York City, which led me to spend the past three years working in the city’s vibrant wedding industry as both a marketer and photographer. My passion lies in blending New York’s free-spirited charm with your most meaningful moments, capturing them as if they were scenes from a timeless film.

My style is rooted in lyrical, elegant storytelling. With an artistic eye, I aim to enhance the beauty and emotion of your day, creating images that feel both authentic and everlasting.
